Principal General Practitioner
Dr. Yang Yang
MBBS, FRACGP, DCH, DRANZCOG
Dr. Yang Yang graduated from the University of New South Wales in 2011 and completed her training in Bankstown and Campbelltown Hospitals. She has a special interest in Women’s Health and completed a 6 month rotation in obstetrics and gynaecology at Bankstown Hospital while completing her Diploma in Obstetrics and Gynaecology. She is registered for antenatal shared care with Westmead and Ryde Hospitals. After deciding that she didn’t want to be limited to only one field of medicine, she pursued General Practice, and also completed a Diploma in Child Health. She has worked across Sydney from Gladesville to Penrith and particularly enjoys the opportunities in general practice to develop a lasting relationship with her patients and their families. Outside of work, she enjoys seeking adventures, travelling and reading epic fantasy novels.

Dr. David Pan
MBBS (Hons)(Syd) FRACGP
Dr. David Pan studied medicine at the University of Sydney, passing with Honours in 1989. He has since trained at Westmead Hospital with emphasis in Cardiology, Geriatrics, Respiratory, Oncology and Emergency Medicine. Dr. David Pan has also obtained the Fellowship of the College of General Practitioners in 1996. Has held a number of roles in medical information technology, most recently a Senior Medical Adviser with Telstra Health. Dr. David Pan is interested in Men’s Health and Mental Health. Outside practicing medicine, Dr. David Pan enjoys camping, photography, 4WDing, kayaking and computer gaming.

Dr. Susan Kang Graduated from the University of New South Wales in 2011 and completed her training in Blacktown and Mt. Druitt Hospitals. She was initially interested in Cancer and went into Radiation Oncology. However, she soon realised that she was more interested in treating the patient’s wider medical problems, and decided that she wanted to pursue a more varied career. She completed her general practice training across both urban and rural areas including Tamworth. She is very happy with her decision and enjoys the breadth of medicine that general practice entails and thanks her patients for entrusting her with the responsibility of being their family doctor.

Active Physiowell was established in 2014 aiming to provide affordable and quality physiotherapy services to our community. The well-being factor for the clients is priority and our physiotherapists will endeavour to understand the root of cause for physical discomfort, treat the problem and assist our clients to recover sooner so that they may get back to enjoying the normal activities in their lives again. Edmond, Thomas and James are driven by results and the members work together to make the recovery process easy. Their extensive knowledge and professionalism allow the team members to provide real solutions to our clients to tackle real problems together.

Rosalyn has been a clinical psychologist for over 40 years. She received her PhD from the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Sydney in 1993. She has worked in both psychology and medical academic environments teaching and conducting research. She has also worked in hospital and community settings in both private and public sectors. Her clinical experience has been treating adolescents and adults with a wide range of mental health issues. She uses various different treatment approaches to help patients resolve their issues and to assist in changing their lives.

Podiatrist
Matthew Chang
BAppSc (Pod)
Matthew is a member of the Australian Podiatry Association. As a registered Podiatrist with the Podiatry Board of Australia, Matthew has extensive experience dealing with diabetic foot complications. His expertise is in the management of ingrown toenails, acute and chronic heel pain and toenail surgery. In addition to his knowledge on foot and leg wounds management, Matthew also tailors custom made orthotics for clients across ages for various foot support needs. Matthew has particular interest in observing feet function on different surfaces and formulating correct treatment plans targeting the need for each patient.

Our friendly and helpful receptionists are dedicated to patient care and will assist you with all your inquiries regarding our practice, the doctors and our allied health staff. Ivy is our morning receptionist and is also fluent in Chinese and Korean. Maria is our afternoon receptionist. Maria has an extensive background in customer service and patient management from her previous experiences as a medical receptionist. Celeste, our Sunday morning receptionist is currently pursuing her career in medicine at UNSW. Dorothy, our Sunday evening receptionist is pursuing her career in speech pathology post Sydney University. Catherine, our Saturday morning receptionist is pursuing her degree in physiotherapy at Sydney University.
