Dr. Yang Yang graduated from the University of New South Wales in 2011 and completed her training in Bankstown and Campbelltown Hospitals. She has a special interest in Women’s Health and completed a 6 month rotation in obstetrics and gynaecology at Bankstown Hospital while completing her Diploma in Obstetrics and Gynaecology. She is registered for antenatal shared care with Westmead, Ryde and Royal North Shore Hospitals. After deciding that she didn’t want to be limited to only one field of medicine, she pursued General Practice, and also completed a Diploma in Child Health. She has worked across Sydney from Gladesville to Penrith and particularly enjoys the opportunities in general practice to develop a lasting relationship with her patients and their families. Outside of work, she enjoys seeking adventures, travelling and reading epic fantasy novels.

Dr. David Pan studied medicine at the University of Sydney, passing with Honours in 1989. He has since trained at Westmead Hospital with emphasis in Cardiology, Geriatrics, Respiratory, Oncology and Emergency Medicine. Dr. David Pan has also obtained the Fellowship of the College of General Practitioners in 1996. Has held a number of roles in medical information technology, most recently a Senior Medical Adviser with Telstra Health. Dr. David Pan is interested in Men’s Health and Mental Health. Outside practicing medicine, Dr. David Pan enjoys camping, photography, 4WDing, kayaking and computer gaming.

Since obtaining her medical degree from overseas, Dr Khushboo Paul pursued further training in Australia and has since obtained a Diploma in Obstetrics and Gynaecology. Dr Khushboo Paul garnered further experience in Obstetrics and Gynaecology working in hospitals throughout Tasmania and NSW. Dr Khushboo Paul gained additional rural and remote general practice experience in Cairns in recent years to further develop her skill sets and knowledge as a general practitioner. As a family physician, Dr Khushboo Paul has particular interests in women’s health and paediatrics. She is passionate about her profession as a family general practitioner and believes that she can provide comprehensive care and support of her patients. Outside of work, she enjoys listening to music, travelling and spending time with her daughter.

Dr. Mohit Sharma completed his medical training at Rajasthan University in India before moving to Australia in 2007. Dr. Sharma completed a Masters in Population Health at the University of Wollongong between the years 2007 and 2009. Since moving to Australia, Dr. Sharma has worked in Launceston, Hobart and Sydney. In 2016, he moved to Country Victoria to gain further experience in rural general practice. Soon after achieving his fellowship in General Practice, Dr. Sharma has additionally obtained his Fellowship in Advanced Rural General Practice. Dr. Sharma’s areas of special interest include Paediatrics, Men’s and Women’s Health, Mental Health Care, Health Assessments and Chronic Disease Management. Dr Sharma also performs minor procedures including skin excisions and toe nail surgery, and provides Nursing Home Visit service. On his spare time, Dr. Sharma has personal interest in following cricket and spending time with his family.
Dr Gemma Abraham obtained her medical degree from Western Sydney University. She went on to work at several hospitals in Northern Sydney, primarily Hornsby Hospital, as well as Sydney Adventist Hospital.
Attracted by the continuity of comprehensive care that GPs provide for patients, she then started training in general practice. She enjoys the variety that comes with working in this field but has particular interests in women’s health and paediatrics and has completed the Sydney Child Health Program, formerly known as the Diploma of Child Health.
Outside of medicine, she enjoys music, cooking and getting back to nature by hiking or kayaking when she can.
Yive Yang completed her undergraduate degree in Nutrition and Dietetics at the University of Newcastle and graduated with first class honours.
Yive loves food and is passionate about helping people to form healthy relationships with their eating. She practices under a non-diet approach, aiming to promote the increase of food variety and quality in our everyday diets. Yive has experience in assisting patients with complex and chronic health conditions, striving to empower her clients by working with them to identify and overcome barriers to good nutrition, as well as helping them to get back in touch with their body’s needs. Yive also has a special interest in disordered eating and is planning to begin a PhD on this topic in 2020. Outside of work, she enjoys baking, weight training, and spending time with her partner and their two cats.

Rosalyn has been a clinical psychologist for over 40 years. She received her PhD from the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Sydney in 1993. She has worked in both psychology and medical academic environments teaching and conducting research. She has also worked in hospital and community settings in both private and public sectors. Her clinical experience has been treating adolescents and adults with a wide range of mental health issues. She uses various different treatment approaches to help patients resolve their issues and to assist in changing their lives.

Active Physiowell was established in 2014 aiming to provide affordable and quality physiotherapy services to our community. Edmond, Thomas and James are driven by results and the members work together to make the recovery process easy. Their extensive knowledge and professionalism allow the team members to provide real solutions to our clients to tackle real problems together.
Matthew is a member of the Australian Podiatry Association. As a registered Podiatrist with the Podiatry Board of Australia, Matthew has extensive experience dealing with diabetic foot complications. His expertise is in the management of ingrown toenails, acute and chronic heel pain and toenail surgery. In addition to his knowledge on foot and leg wounds management, Matthew also tailors custom made orthotics for clients across ages for various foot support needs. Matthew has particular interest in observing feet function on different surfaces and formulating correct treatment plans targeting the need for each patient.
